    Review for Parts & Service Department I went directly to the parts and service desk, and that is where this experience distinguished itself. Edith represents a high standard of professionalism. She is composed, precise, and fully in command of both the systems and the process. Her communication is clear, her execution is efficient, and her accountability is evident. There was no ambiguity, no delay, and no need for follow-up clarification. Every interaction reflected structure, control, and a strong sense of ownership. The representative at the first desk within parts and service, who greeted me upon arrival, immediately established the tone of the environment. Although I did not capture her name, her presence was notable. She demonstrated attentiveness, respect, and a level of professionalism that aligned seamlessly with Edith’s. That consistency in demeanor and conduct is not incidental, it reflects a well-maintained standard within THAT space (not the same vibe from a bunch of grown men with there hands in their pockets or on their phones laughing!! In the front and parking lot). Claudia assisted with scheduling. The interaction was brief, yet handled with professionalism and efficiency. What stood out most was the environment these women created. The atmosphere was calm, organized, and intentional. There was a clear sense of control, attentiveness, and mutual respect that carried through each point of contact.     Edgar and the finance team did a really good job in getting me into the car I really wanted. My only "issue" is that I was quoted a certain monthly payment amount, and when they finally submitted everything to the bank, the monthly payment amount changed. But I do appreciate Tim doing everything he could to get us a payment we felt comfortable with. Edgar was nothing but helpful. He's answered all of my questions, even after we bought the car. I really appreciate that he wasn't pushy. I've dealt with other salesman in the past that are too pushy and they don't listen to anything you say. All they care about is getting you to buy the car. Edgar listened to what I said I wanted, and helped me get it. I really appreciate that! He didn't try to push me into a car I didn't want.

    I had a great experience working with Edgar during my Acura Integra purchase. He was incredibly helpful from start to finish, making sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Edgar took the time to address all of our concerns and made sure we got clear answers to every question we had. What really stood out was his responsiveness, he replied to our messages quickly and kept us updated throughout the process, which made everything much smoother and less stressful.
