  The lobby was absolutely packed. The benches outside were packed. The team handled each customer in an orderly manner and took the time to make sure everyone had the vehicles they needed and that each person got full attention with regards to their paperwork and vehicle inspections. Nicole went above and beyond to make sure I was in a vehicle I would be comfortable in for an extended time as my vehicle has a safety recall and we aren’t sure how long it will take. Nicole was thorough in helping me inspect. She also got the supervisor/coworker to come verify some areas and it just made me feel like they both cared and did more than the minimum. Thank you

  I made 2 reservations for a truck, 9 am I think and then received a call adkingvme to come in at noon instead. When I arrived, I was told they trucks were akready gone, to come back "in a couple days". Are you kidding me? It's moving day and you gave away the truck I had a confirmation for as well as did the early check-in online. The manager came out, confirmed they had nothing, even though I had a confirmed reservation. As I'm walking out in tears, he hollers out "it's Spring Break" and then laughed. I turned to him and said it wasn't funny, then stormed out to wait for my ride to come pick me up. I will NEVER reserve anything from the Yarbrough office, they're rude and incentive. I was the ONLY one told my vehicle was no longer available and I was an hour early. The 12 people ahead of me got their vehicles.

  I've rented from this establishment before plenty of times, but this is by far the best customer service I've received yet! It took awhile getting the vehicle but well worth it. Thank you Destiny for your hard work and great customer service. A+ in my book

  I have reserved a car multiple times from this location. I reserved my rental well in advance, confirmed my appointment for this morning only to show up and be told they do not have any vehicles available. This is not the first time this happens to me at this location and it is very unprofessional. What is the point of making vehicles reservation’s in advance for the location to go out and rent out the car I booked. This makes no sense and for it to happen multiple times is unacceptable.

  I have made my reservation, I have even paid, and for the day of the pick up they tell me that they do not have the car I reserved available, I booked again at another location and the same thing happens to me, they have cars online that they do not have available at the time of picking them up
