  edit: has been nearly 3 weeks with near daily calls. No response. Have called the general enterprise line to force them to call me back, nothing has happened. No excuse for this. Will update review if resolved: I had an issue with the rental and have been trying to call this location for over a week. Over my 15 calls, only 1 has been answered by a human, who told me I would receive a call back. I have not been called back, nor can I get in contact with anybody at this location. I got in contact with the general Enterprise customer service who left a note for this location to give me a call back, but still I have not been able to get in contact with anyone. Terrible service

  Pésimo servicio!! La señora del mostrador hizo todo lo posible por no rentarme un carro. Poniendo trabas y cuestionando de más. Haciendo cargos de manera que no pasara la tarjeta.

  Extremely disappointed with the treatment I received at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location at the El Paso Airport. Management was disrespectful and even accused me of stealing. I showed the manager, Eric, the company’s own Terms & Conditions on their website proving I was correct as an Enterprise member, yet they refused to follow their own policy and couldn’t show anything supporting their decision. Contacted corporate and received no real help. Completely unacceptable customer service. Never renting from Enterprise again.
