  Ivo, Frey, and Surgo worked on my car for an oil change and did a great job! Didn't try to up sell me on anything, but went above and beyond to inform me on everything they were doing. Checked and topped off all my fluids as well as tire pressure! Was in and out in under 10 mins and honored the military discount after showing ID :)

  Mike did a fast and friendly job during my visit. Offered great services and explained why they are needed and how often they are needed. I did end up taking him up on some other services they offered in addition to the oil change that I was already there for. Tha ks again for a good experience.

  I have been going to this store for many years for my car’s maintenance. Today, I was on a different area of the city so I decided to go to Walmart since it was close. They had me waiting around 20 mins just to let me know that if I did not have an appointment I had to wait around 2 hrs, but that if I had an appt it was usually 1 hr. I left the store and started driving back to Valvoline. It took me around 10-15!min to get there. I waited roughly around 2-3 min to get in. I did not even had to get out of my car and in 15 minutes my oil change was completed. Price is a little higher but I found a coupon that made it balanced out. I felt welcomed and had the most amazing experience specially after everything I had gone through yesterday. Like always your service was fast, great and welcoming thank you Valvoline!!!

  I love this vavoline! Mike and Ivo helped me out. I keep coming back here they are always fast and respectful and get the job done. I never feel like they are trying to cheat me out by pushing things too hard or demeaning just because i'm a woman. As other places have in the past. I highly reccomend this place.

  Outstanding Service from Raymond I had an excellent experience at Valvoline thanks to Raymond. He truly went above and beyond by being honest, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout the entire visit. Raymond took the time to explain what my vehicle actually needed without being pushy or trying to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. It’s refreshing to work with someone who prioritizes customer trust and transparency. Because of Raymond’s professionalism and integrity, I felt confident in the service I received and will absolutely be returning. Highly recommend asking for Raymond if you want a straightforward and positive experience.
