Staff kindly let me know it would be about a 20 minute wait while was totally fine and understandable. I get to my turn and they recommended that I hold off on my oil change as I still had 500 or so miles left before I was due for my service. (Which I really appreciate because they easily could have just taken my money and sent me on my way, but instead the gave me options.) A gentleman, whose name I didn’t catch, offered to still check my oil to help me decide if I wanted the service now or not. When I decided not to service it, he offered to top off my oil, as well as my other car fluids, and filled up my tires, all for free. As someone who works in customer service, I wanted to make sure that the ENTIRE TEAM is recognized for their awesomeness. THANK YOU. (:
