  Service was good and service rep was exceptional, I got my oil changed, transmission fluid flushed; once VALvoline completed service on my truck, my truck’s gear shift would not shift back into 1st gear and the consultant told me to drive a little while and it should start to work. It’s been over a week and It still will not go into 1st gear and also my check engine light came on two days after completed service and will not go back off.

  I love the wonderful service that this Valvoline location always gives. I come from the far east side just to come to this location,they are so nice and very professional. All the techs there are always so nice, I usually go at 7 AM and get the same techs, they are Awesome!!I yesterday I went a little later and it was Kevin and Johnny, who assisted me and they were just as wonderful 😃 my friend had told me that I could get my inspection done thereI, I didn’t think I could , but I asked and she was right I could 👏👏👏👏so I went ahead and got my car inspection and my oil changed all at the same place👏👏👏Thank you so much for having great, consistent service no matter what time I go and great techs😀😀👏👏👏👏

  My mechanic Miguel was outstanding!! They are always so polite, professional, friendly and honest. This is why I keep going back to Valvoline for my car’s maintenance needs. They’re always done in a timely manner and are open early and close late—awesome for those of us that work all week 😀! Highly appreciated the Valvoline in the northeast on Dyer, the one on Montwood and the one on Zaragoza!!

  I came in to get my mom‘s car service for an oil change, and Fernando was so honest, kind, and compassionate and told me that it wasn’t time to get an oil changed. He checked to make sure that he even filled up The window washing fluid with no charge They now have a customer for life. I will be bringing my mom‘s car and my car also and tell anybody I can about their service.

  The whole team working with Jorge @ the Dyer location are amazing. They treat me like family! Trust, professionalism, and their customer service goes well beyond just a service. They truly care about me and my car Betty! This is the second vehicle I have trusted ALL my maintenance needs; my cars have never broken down and left me stranded. I traded from a 2017 to a 1999 (a friend gave me his dearly departed wife's car). If you keep your vehicle properly maintained, it will last a long time! My team WILL ALWAYS BE VALVOLINE! it takes a village from manufacturing plant to junk yard! I bet i get another 10 years out of my Accord with the help of my Valvoline team's help. As long as I do the right thing, Betty will keep running!
