I am a planet fitness gym member so it was quite the blessing for me; work out then car wash on Saturdays weekly. Had an issue with my payment method the other day. I went in and an employee approached me, I didn’t get to catch her name bur she was not very helpful. Instead of helping me check out any deals or price gauging she could give me to continue service she asked me to leave the line and go around to the cashier line and get behind that line. Unfortunately, it was a tough and disenchanting experience so I’m considering taking my monthly car wash membership somewhere else where I can receive better customer service and not feel like an inconvenience.
