The wash quality is poor my car always comes out with water spots, and the drying machine at the end never seems to work. For the price, the results are unacceptable. I’ve switched to Mister Car Wash, where the service is much more reliable and consistent.

We paid for the monthly as those saw our cars condition after first time around we saw that it did not remove any mud from around the wheels, above the wheels and even left dirt under the trunk door. We attempted to try a second time as our car was even worse condition, we were kindly dismissed to go to a car wash our selves and power wash our mud to avoid dirtying their equipment and making things worse and not being able to clean it. What a shame , it does not provide power washing first for us customers who were willing to keep coming and paying for monthly service as there are other car washes who have someone stand there and power wash first if it’s bad. I don’t recommend if you go out of the city and/or your car is actually dirty rather then just “dusty” from the city….

After getting my car washed, I noticed scratch swirls all over the hood. It seems like they used dirty or abrasive materials that damaged the paint. This is unacceptable for a professional car wash. I expected my car to come out looking clean and shiny, not with new scratches. I won’t be returning and would advise others to be cautious if you care about your vehicle’s appearance.
