- SCStephen CryeNov 3, 20252.0Weak vacuums. Underbody cleaning does not remove all the mud. Ineffective drying mechanism, cars left with all kinds of exterior water. The spinning soft drying wheels at the end of the wash are permanently disabled, complaints yield nothing they have a don't care attitude.

When we went back to file a claim, not only did we see another car come out of the wash with damage, but their response to me after filing the claim was that the car had pre-existing damage and would not reimburse for damages. Their “proof” was some grainy photos from cameras inside the car wash that proved absolutely nothing except the fact that the car did in fact go through the car wash. They didn’t even refund the cost of the wash and they kept the broken pieces from the car. I will not be recommending this car wash to any of my friends, it is the worst carwash I’ve ever been to.

Brought the attention of the attendants, and they said nothing could be done because no one is complaining. I will be taking this to headquarters.

Or try to ram deals down your throat like other places. They do offer very great car wash specials. But that's only if you agree. Great staff. Love Tommy's.
