- JJJSep 7, 20251.0Mister Car Wash peeled my passenger side rear bumper back. Its plastic so i was able to attach it back in llace but now its got a tear and a dent. When they reviewed their tapes, they said there was space where that section wasnt flush and thats why it caught. If you look at most if not all tahoes/suburbans from that generation, its normal wear and tear. Having it peeled back is not normal, that should not be expected. Tbey didnt deny their machine did it, they just denied liability. They know if you're using their carwash, you're not gonna hire a lawyer to fight them.
