They offer both membership and one-time wash options, and I currently have the Titanium plan. Sydney was exceptionally helpful in explaining the different services and even mentioned that drying towels are available for purchase if needed. The vacuums are also very powerful and do an excellent job picking up all the crumbs. This location, conveniently situated inside the Eastlake Market Plaza, its always clean, efficient, and provides great customer service.
