When I arrived, there was a long line of cars, and when I reached the front, the Unlimited member gate (the one with the flag that lifts) didn’t go up. The gentleman who handles payments came over to my vehicle and kindly explained that it wasn’t an issue with my account. He said the system was having trouble scanning barcodes after servicing over 1,500 cars today. Despite the situation, he had a smile on his face, was courteous, and genuinely kind. He didn’t seem annoyed at all. It was really nice to experience such professionalism and positive energy, even during a busy and stressful moment.
