When I went to the vacuums, I checked the car and noticed not all the dirt had been washed off. I asked Michael the attendant at the register if I could go again as not all the dirt had been removed and he said I would have to pay again because I didn't have an unlimited wash club membership. I recommend Tommy's Express Car Wash at 9990 Kenworthy. Quick update: I received a response from Mister Car Wash asking that I send them an email. I sent an email right away and I called the business a few times (options 1 and 3) but I still haven't received a response or been able to speak to anyone about the issue.
