- JOJoe Ortega4 days ago4.0The only other thing that I think would be better for the customer would be having towels to finish drying your car. A couple of employees keeping track of towels, washing and drying them, re-stocking bins with clean towels. That would be great. Thank You, Mister 👍

I paid for a specific wash package and somehow still left with a car that clearly didn’t get what I paid for. Impressive, honestly. When I pointed it out to the employee, I was met with attitude and zero effort to fix the problem. Apparently, customer service means pretending the issue doesn’t exist and hoping the customer goes away. It gets better — I’ve called the company SEVEN times trying to resolve this. Seven. Not a single helpful response. No follow-up. Nothing. It’s almost like they’re training their staff in the art of avoidance. If accountability, basic courtesy, or actually receiving the service you paid for matter to you, I’d recommend taking your business literally anywhere else.

He was sarcastic and answered with." I gave you your card back didn't I? " SMH .unbelievable the entitlement these days of people who are sales and get mad and treat you with disrespect.Sad .All I had on my cash app was 10 . 2/25/26. Hope he can humble himself cuz life will teach him.
