He was very polite and professional. However, there was issues with me running my vehicle through the wash using the membership. The last time I came through there was no issues running my wash. In fact, they signed me up for the membership. But this first and only time that I tried using the membership there was an issue with my vehicle and the status of my hood. While I understand it is a liability thing, there was no problem taking my money when I signed up for the membership initially. They did give me a full refund so I appreciate that.

Desiree was super friendly and was on top of making sure the area was clean from trash and making sure machines were working while maintaining a smile on her face. Amazing job!!
