I hold the same membership for two vehicles, a Tacoma and a Jetta. Depending on the day or who happens to be working, I am charged either $15 or $20 for the interior on either car. I’ve been given different explanations each time, ranging from “membership differences” to “vehicle size,” but none of it holds up. Same cars. Same membership. Different prices. Quality control is also uneven. One location can be detailed and attentive. The other leaves windows streaked and interiors unfinished. I have gone to both locations on the same day and had the same experience. Members of my family have as well. Same pattern. I want to trust a company I pay every month, but the pricing inconsistency and variable quality make the experience feel unreliable at best and shady at worst. Mister Car Wash can do better. Standardize pricing. Train teams to deliver the same level of service. Customers should know what they are paying for and what result to expect.
