  I’ve been coming to this shop for quite some time because it’s one of the few places I truly trust. They take pride in the way they run their business and always treat their customers with respect—something that can’t be said about many shops in the area. Their prices are fair for the quality of service they provide, and when it’s time to service my vehicles, this shop is always at the top of my list. 👍🚗

  Every time I visit Jiffy Lube on Northloop, Poncho provides exceptional service. In addition, Poncho is extremely professional and that makes customers feel very comfortable and wanting to return. This place always gets you in and out as quickly as possible, they understand the needs of their customers....

  I had a wonderful experience at the Jiffy Lube on North Loop. The attendant Poncho was helpful, quick and resourceful. I was greeted happily and was provided quick service. Poncho explained the service to be done to my vehicle and i felt comfortable with the service provided. This was my first time coming to this location and will definitely recommend service from jiffy Lube.

  So i brought in my 2017 Camaro SS for an oil change, due to negligence from the technician and or the “system” my car driven 15 to 20 feet and also reved upon startup with only half of its oil capacity. The “system “ took my car car as if it were a v4 turbo camaro and not a v8 SS as the technician allegedly claimed. The car was then driven 15 to 20 feet. When i figured out only 5 quarts were put in i immediately let the customer service rep know and she and the technician took it very lightly and stated verbatim “ nothing happened in such short distance” how can one be so sure and the incident as light. Anyone who knows about cars knows seconds can be detrimental for any engine when ran with half of its oil capacity even for seconds let alone approximately 2-3 mins also reving engine twice upon startup up(and hich is ok if appropriate oil is in engine but not with only half). Taking it lightly is what upset me the most and offering a free oil change on my next visit was rather insulting. The manager did call me and was very respectful and understood the error and was very apologetic but i believe it goes far beyond that as the main concern is the potential life that was cut in half for my engine life all over a simple error.
