  Oscar Garcia at Fox Toyota made my purchasing experience the best!! I went in a little scared and nervous. He helped me choose my beautiful Camry explained everything from top to bottom, very professional, wonderful customer service! I totally recommend him if you’re thinking of buying your new car!!   I purchased a certified used Toyota Tacoma TRD off-road. I showed up with a rough idea of what I wanted for my first truck, and Juan Alvarez from the sales department helped me by answering just about a million questions about different trims and years on both Tundras and Tacomas. I knew I wanted a 4x4 with the proven reliable 5.7 or 3.5 engines. He showed me what they had, and as soon as he showed me the long bed with a 4x4, I added it to my list. I told Juan I wasn't going to purchase anything the day I came in, and I visited several other dealerships. Ultimately what sold me was his friendly demeanor and that he wasn't bothered by my barrage of questions and concerns; he also told me that Fox Toyota would be able to fix minor cosmetic damage on a used vehicle for no charge. The manager Matt was super helpful and added a cleaning and full tank of gas written in ink to the sales contract. Juan also offered me a ride to pick up the vehicle when the cosmetic damage is repaired. All in all I knew Toyota was a bulletproof brand, but the folks at Fox Toyota made getting a bulletproof truck a painless experience. I recommend anyone looking to get a new or used Toyota to ask for Juan by name; he'll get you what you need.

  Worst parts department EVER!! if you are ok with waiting on the phone for 3 hours, then by all means go ahead and buy from them. I bought a part online. a week later, I called to check on the status of my part....FROM 11:00 AM to 4:00PM....NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE!!! called sales, finance, service and the receptionist trying to have someone ask the parts department to pick up the phone (I even asked to speak to the manager). FINALLY, at 4:00PM someone picked up the phone.... part not there yet. They will call me when it arrives, they said. A week later I called back....this time I was on hold for 20 minutes (I couldn't believe it! my lucky day I guess) asked for my part, they didn`t know. someone tracked down my part and voila! it was found. had I not risked another lost day on the phone I would have not found out about my part. Do yourself a favor... buy somewhere else, unless of course, you don't have anything better to do with your day. RATING? -0

  Tonight, I had to admit something simple — even grown adults need a hand sometimes. I went from denial at signing, to getting a follow-up text from Jude McCoy that honestly shifted everything. I’ve been a customer of both the old Hoy’s family dealership and now Fox for years, and I came back because of that trust. I was stressed. Weighing options. Second-guessing. Then Jude let me know my qualification went through — with a little hope and a little help — and that was the push I needed. I came back and signed for my new truck. Jude represents what great salesmanship should be: kind, confident, knowledgeable, and human. He knows his product, and he knows his people. Because of him (and a few others), I’ll be hitching up, towing, building roofs, working farms — and moving toward a brighter future powered by my Taco. Keep this man where he is.   I had a great experience w Oscar Garcia, although i went in nervous and left overwhelmed, i can definitely say it was an easy process. He asked the right questions and showed me exactly what i was looking for, he has a lot of knowledge of all the cars specifics and was able to answer my questions and clear my doubts. I left the dealer w/ out a car but he called me 3 days later as soon as the car a i wanted was available. I had no car so he picked me up and took me to my beautiful brand new car. A few days later after purchasing my car i had questions and Oscar was quick to help me out!!! The gentleman who helped with signing all the paperwork was also very helpful, patient and understanding with me. Thank you Oscar, Thank you Fox Toyota🤗
