    I had an outstanding experience working with Gustavo at Fox Toyota El Paso. From start to finish, he made what had been a very difficult car-buying process incredibly easy and stress-free. We had spent a lot of time searching for the right vehicle on our own, and finding the right car at the right price was challenging. Gustavo immediately stepped in, listened to exactly what we were looking for, and took ownership of the entire process. He dedicated his entire day to helping us, worked extended hours to get everything ready, and went out of his way to search for multiple options until he found us a Lexus ES 350 at an excellent price. His effort, persistence, and attention to detail truly set him apart from other sales professionals we’ve worked with. Beyond his professionalism, Gustavo is genuinely a great person. He is kind, respectful, and honest, which showed in the way he treated us—with honesty, patience, and care. We never felt rushed or pressured, only supported.     What started off as a inconvenient experience turned into an exceptional one. I was having warranty issues with another dealership due to recent work done here at Toyota. My advisor wasn’t there during my drop off and days went by without updates. Once I brought this to the attention of management, it was clear that they truly cared about the customer experience. They understood my situation and did everything they could to make it right. To the owner and advisors that I worked with, thank you for your help and turning this situation around.

    Took the vehicle for an oil change and got it returned with an oil leak , took it back during work hours and it was a nightmare to get a shuttle ride back to work....not a good experience overall, something as simple as an oil change was messed up and then their customer service was not the best one either....

    Overall the experience was decent. Lackluster in some areas. Most employees there seem like they don't care depending on the vehicle you drive. My car is a little older but still a Toyota and the fact that it took me getting out my car both times just to get service was ridiculous. I watched two ticket writers or advisors walk past me multiple times. And a few just casually having a conversation right next to me. So again I had to go physically inside the building just to get a ticket. My advisor was decent extremely lacking in communication. My vehicle was suppose to be there a day but went into a week and the only communication I had was initiated by me. I honestly will not return to this location nor will I advise friends or family to get service here. I could understand if I spent a few bucks but I spent a few thousand getting my car service to honestly be treated poorly. 10 out of 10 will not return again. The icing on the cake was the employee blocking me in as im trying to finally leave and I'm telling him he's blocking me in only for him to look at me and keep walking. Then I told another advisor what just happened and he causal had him get another vehicle and had someone else move the vehicle out my way. Toyota of Lawton was the best experience I've ever had and I had that I'm not in OK anymore.
