    My experience at FOX Toyota was different this time around. I was reached out to by Jenny about possibly trading in my vehicle. When I got to the dealership I was referred to Andre who stated he was a “sales manager”, turns out he’s just a sales associate lying about his position. When I asked for my usual salesmen (family friend) Devon Compton I was told by Andre he wasn’t there. Once in finance I was told later by a GM Devon was there. Once the sale was done I realized I didn’t even get a chance to test drive the vehicle. Luckily my son was with me and helped me figure out some of the new features. Andre saw and came to takeover my son showing me the features. Overall I felt lied to, taken advantage and rushed into buying. Bad experience!

    If I could give no stars I would . I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received during my recent visit. I repeatedly called my assigned service advisor, Manuel R. Hernandez, with questions about my service, and he was never available. Each time, I was told I would receive a call back, but I never did. On the day of my appointment, he stated he would call with updates on my vehicle, yet despite multiple attempts to reach him, I was unable to get a response. When I arrived to pick up my car, there was no one available to assist me. I called from the lobby, and while I was being told that Manuel was unavailable and that I would need to wait until he was finished, I asked if someone else could help me. I was told yes—then the representative suddenly hung up on me without another word. When I called back, I was hung up on again. I ended up walking to the receptionist just to receive basic assistance. When I attempted to express my concerns about the poor service, the response I received was dismissive. I was essentially told that all they could do was “hear me out” and “hope to fix the problem,” which did not reassure me that my experience was taken seriously. Overall, the lack of communication, professionalism, and care throughout this process was unacceptable. I hope management addresses these issues so that no other customer has to go through the same experience. ⸻

    Please don’t go to this dealership. Their salesmen are liars and swindlers. I first showed up with my fiancé and were told by a salesman by the name of Luis Chavez that they had just received a 2020 certified used Toyota Corolla with 40,226 miles but it was in service. I made an appointment for Today Monday at 1:00 pm to return to purchase the vehicle and trade in my car for it. This is where it starts to get fishy!!!!! When I arrived I asked for him because another Chubby Salesman was there to greet me as soon as I parked my grey VW Jetta. The Chubby salesman then proceeded to call Luis on his cellphone. When Luis Chavez finally came to greet me he went to check if the car was now available. He returned from speaking to a finance manager and stated that it didn’t pass inspection, because it was involved in a car accident and had a bent frame. After this he took me to the Fox Acura lot and I saw a 2024 Volkswagen Jetta. He told me the price on it was $23,900. This is where my instincts kicked in and told me not to trust this guy. I was right because the same Jetta was listed on their website for $21,787. Then later on I checked the Fox Toyota website and low and behold there was the 2020 Toyota Corolla I went for in the first place with a clean Car Fax. I’m super happy I walked out. Trust me they will use every dirty tactic in the book into swindling you to purchase one of their vehicles and make a profit off of you. They are not there as honest sales people or to help you get into a vehicle. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!! I took pictures of the Jetta to show my fiancé, and I also took a picture of the page stuck on the window with the vehicle’s information, to show to my fiance as well. If you compare the car in the website and the paper glued to the window the ViN numbers match. Also the 2020 Toyota Corolla is now listed on their website and it has a clean car fax with no accidents as listed on their website as well. I posted pictures of all of this. This dealership thinks they can make Suckers out of people. Word of Advice!!!!!

    Staff were friendly. Problem is, I signed paperwork for a vehicle I was told I was approved for, got the money and paperwork together only to be told they can’t sell me the car because of transmission issues that weren’t brought up until the last minute. The salt in the wound was being told on top of all of this, all of a sudden I can’t be approved for any vehicles of similar value. It’s beyond ridiculous to have a sale set to go and have the rug pulled out from under you. Do better.

    I gave Andre Ramos what I thought was an impossible task. Find me a used GX550 Overtrail with under 1,000 miles on it. Didn't expect him to call me two weeks later and say he has one coming in. I told him I'd go that day to put a deposit down to hold it. He said that's not necessary here and he gave me his word that I had first dibs when it arrived. I was skeptical but to my surprise, Andre and the GM kept their word. First time that's ever happened at a dealership. Once it came in, I was there the next day and didn't have to rush to complete paperwork or anything. Took it for a drive and immediately loved it. First time buying from Fox and my third time buying with Andre. If you need something found, he's the guy to talk to. Great place and highly recommend.
