  Had a nightmare experience with needing to move, and then we came here and things got more pleasant. Russel and Mark in the truck rental were awesome. Would recommend if you need a rental. They asked what I was renting for, and set me up with a great truck that got the job done. Thanks guys!

  This was 100% without a doubt the worst costumer service I have ever received. The individual who I talked to on the phone repeatedly lied about when my vehicles would be ready. They wouldn’t return phone calls, and would never give me strait answers. When my vehicles were finally ready they were unable to deliver them to the correct location, so I had to drive 2.5 hours to pick them up (which I offered to do if necessary), only to find out that they did not have all the vehicles that were ordered and those that they did have were in the shop and weren’t ready yet. Had to wait an additional 3hrs to receive the vehicles (after a 2.5 hr drive), when I was told they were ready. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE WVER.
