Mentioned my concerns to Helen, who checked car back in at Tucson airport. She was very kind and wrote down everything that was wrong. She even worked with her manager to refund the drop fee. I was not looking for any compensation. I just wanted the next renter to have a good car. Thank you Enterprise!

I generally find renting a car as one of the least favorite parts of travel, but the folks in El Paso were fantastic. I highly recommend checking in online. I did and walked right to the lot which is a short walk from the terminal and was greeted by a friendly employee who took care of me right away and I was on my way in a clean car that had a full tank of gas. The return process was just as easy when I was greeted by another pleasant friendly face and it took moments for them to check me in and get a receipt emailed to me. I highly recommend Enterprise and will use them in the future for my rental needs.

Couldn’t find anyone to help after I signed their paperwork for the vehicle. Wouldn’t recommend - use a different rental company.
