It was very clear he was ready to clock out for the day because he was not willing to rent us the car that we had reserved online due to my 50 year old father not having a credit card physically with him, even though he had previously used the card to reserve the vehicle, and when we asked to try to move the rental into my name because I had a credit card he said it could not be done without proof that I work for the company as well (pretty impossible at 12 at night ). He was completely willing to to leave us stranded in El Paso with no vehicle and no way to get around and thank God my brother happened to still be awake and was able to pick us up. Otherwise we would have literally been stuck there. Honestly the worst customer experience I’ve probably ever had. I’m not one for leaving reviews but please be weary, because we saw another family dealing with the same issue right after us. If you need help the manager at Hertz was very accommodating for us.
