    I reserved 2days in advance to rent a car and got turned away because my Texas ID is laminated. There's no law stating you can't have your Texas ID laminated. I made plans to take my grandpa to a funeral all the way in Alamogordo and ended up having to walk home. And cancel plans. I felt like a horrible grandson just cause this blonde chick Don't want to do her job. Don't go here unless you want to run into problems.

    Try to rent a XL SUV ; they ask me for a credit card which I have one but not with the total amount i was getting charged, I offer to pay with my debit card and leave my credit card on file but they told me NO, which I didn't complain... she tried to blame it on me for not answering days before. Either way I was cool to get another car with no attitude from my part but "she or they weren't willing to help me, or offer a solution to switch it for another car, instead they call someone else and gave the rental to that person right at my face. If you have a chance or time, try other location or another company.
