  I've rented from this location about 3 or 4 times now, each time with help from assistant manager Paulina, and she has always been friendly, professional, and prompt even when the store gets busy with customers in line and phone calls. The policies online are very transparent about the deposit, so I don't see the misunderstanding with the other customer's review. If you reserve with a credit card it shouldn't be an issue. It shouldn't have to be said, to read the policies upon booking. The rates are reasonable for the convenience and quality of the vehicle you choose. The scuffs, if any, are from previous renters and are noted upon inspection when picking up the vehicle. I've had free upgrades in the past due to availability on the compact cars which was a delight. I got the chance to meet the manager Alan when dropping off and he was attentive and friendly as well. I look forward to future road trips with confidence that I will likely continue to rent from here!

  This was one of the most stressful and unprofessional rental return experiences I've had. Staff at the Montana/Trowbridge location claimed there was a "dent" on the hood that only they could see and immediately pressured me to file an insurance claim and pay a $1,000 deductible. I refused and requested a proper investigation. A week later, a manager called to say I was at fault - despite admitting he had never inspected or even seen the vehicle. No inspection photos or evidence were ever provided. The process was disorganized, unreliable, and lacked basic transparency. The conduct of the staff make the entire situation feel less like customer service and more like a scam.

  I reserved 2days in advance to rent a car and got turned away because my Texas ID is laminated. There's no law stating you can't have your Texas ID laminated. I made plans to take my grandpa to a funeral all the way in Alamogordo and ended up having to walk home. And cancel plans. I felt like a horrible grandson just cause this blonde chick Don't want to do her job. Don't go here unless you want to run into problems.

  The people at this particular location are extremely friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them if you need to rent a car for any reason.
