Then... my car was delivered and I signed the papers at the kitchen table. They even drove my rental back for me. The patience and courtesy these young men showed was wonderful.

Maybe she was having a bad day, but her attitude with the salesperson (Lupe) this particular day was terrible. It prevented me from purchasing a GMC truck. I have requested the general manager Brice Peters give me a call with no avail. They appear not to care about a customer that has purchased several vehicles from them in the past. I will not be buying another vehicle from Enterprise due to this experience.
