  I purchased a used Kia Forte there and had a great experience. The sales person was extremely helpful in helping me choose a vehicle and the the paperwork for the purchase was smooth sailing. Love the car and them.

  My FIRST car purchase and the process was an interesting one but these two gentlemen made it smooth! The staff and managers are amazing and very helpful! Chose to go through my own bank so it took a little longer than expected but these guys were with me every step of the way. Thank you Jacob and Tim for having my back! LOVED MY FIRST NEW CAR🫶🏼

  ​I had an incredibly poor experience with Enterprise Car Sales in El Paso. I used their "Buy Online" feature and was fully approved for a truck, only to have them sell it to someone else before I could arrive. ​To "fix" it, they tried to pivot me to different models that didn't fit my needs. When we finally found a replacement, it was $2,000 more expensive and I was forced to pay the shipping fees myself. Despite this being 100% their error, management offered zero concessions, even after admitting that they have had this problem happen more than once. ​To make matters worse, despite providing a valid Texas Ag ID, the staff, who felt more like rental agents than sales professionals, couldn't figure out how to process the registration for farm plates. The answer was while they register vehicles onsite, they cannot do custom plates. 😐 This lack of expertise cost me another hundred dollars in unnecessary registration fees. ​They did try upselling GAP and extended warranties, like I am sure they are required to by corporate, but were completely incompetent when it came to basic customer service and honoring a deal. Avoid this location if you expect to be taken care of above a standard transaction or a dealership that stands by its online reservations. They sell what they have, beyond that nothing else matters. Update 2/3/26 I did try to reach out to Enterprise on the web page they suggested. All it did was try to send me back to the dealership I had an issue with or help me with additional services that I could have purchased. No real complaint/help line for the car sales department.
