- CCCarina Carole2 days ago5.0admittedly I am an old lady and know nothing about cars... I'm excited to just know how to put gas in my car... the l temperature light had come on a couple weeks ago and I called my mechanic friend... he checked it, but the light didn't come back on.... yesterday, my emissions light came on, so I called him again... he took it to the Auto Zone on Dyer and they said the thermostat needed to be replaced... so he took care of that... he said the light may still come on until it resets... I didn't want to take any chances, especially since I don't know about cars so I went to the Auto Zone on Kenworthy.... I explained my situation to Vanessa and she was so sweet... she showed me where it showed the coolant was low and then showed me how to check it... I was ready to pay whatever the cost to take care of the situation and remembered there was something from Wal-Mart in my trunk... it was coolant so she added it for me and said there was no charge.... she not only helped me, but she treated me with so much respect and not for being as dumb as I always feel when it comes to cars... and on top of that, she graciously educated me... I just want you to know that I will always return to that location if I need help again... Thank you so much, Vanessa....

My radiator busted on me on my way back from work it was a 4 hour drive and this store was the closest to me. I walked in the store stressed and tired and he could see it. He saw my Tahoe and right away knew it was my radiator. He told me what to purchase and even put it in for me. He is a veteran and I am too. He told me not to worry he got it. Man he will never pay for a haircut again as long as I’m around. Thank you so much Brian you have no idea the stress I was dealing with. God knew I needed some peace.
