Very satisfied with the service provided today as they were able to assist getting the correct battery for my vehicle and placing it for me. Time spent was about 30minutes they saved me time and money. They deserve the recognition at their location greatly appreciated and top location with top notch service being respectful and having patience.

- KYkorn yqueDec 10, 20251.0This auto zone always has the worst customer service, I always try to avoid this place at all costs, I go to the autozone further down by hercules much better, but this weekend I had to go to this particular place and as always not enough employees and the ones that are there are very rude...they told me to use the self check out but it wasn't working so when I went to the register the guy in the register gave me attitude and basically said he couldn't help me cause he was o.n the phone, you should prioritize customers who are at your store first...I just neeed to pay for my item and leave! Thats it...we left the product on the counter since we couldn't get anyone to charge us for the item and went to O'Reillys, literally we were in and out in about 2 mins.. this auto zone sucks!!!
