  I was debating posting this but have decided to. Why on earth does an employee need to know if I'm married!? Why does he need to ask for my phone number!? I felt extremely uncomfortable and I made sure to remember he's name, Ghibran needs to be talked to, seriously! If I need to go back and see him in the store I'm walking out. In today's time women don't want this happening and it SHOULDN'T be happening. I was just coming in to get a part, not to be hit on by some creep.

  Very knowledgeable personnel and at times helpful. Some very moody when large crowds are present but overall good people. Lots of stuff to select from.

  This store has the worst customer service I’ve experienced at an AutoZone. The manager would not listen to what I had to say. I was sent here from another location because they had the part I needed in stock. I waited behind a customer he was helping, and when I stepped up, he said, “Oh, you’re not with him.” I explained that I had been sent from another store and didn’t need help looking up a part—I already had the part number and just needed someone to pull it and check me out. If this is supposed to be the busiest store with the most inventory, then something is clearly off with the management—or possibly the expectations coming from corporate. When the manager directed me to the line, he had a smirk, and when I nodded, he smiled. It honestly felt like he took pleasure in sending me into a long line instead of simply helping with a quick transaction.
