Only a few stand out amongst the low level employees. Serious issue here. I’ve been all over and the HUB is the least efficient yet this is where everyone is sent. Maybe more employees? Maybe use more than one guy to look for parts. Manager just wants to charge easy things .. I came to pick something up I already paid for and he says “I’ll take customers for pay only” (NO one needs pay only so I say what about pick up?) He says “ pay only “ and continues to be useless. I really don’t understand what the deal is. If anyone cares … FIX IT

To cover the warranty and still went outside in the cold and change it for me. Also went out of his way to check the rest of the fluid levels in my van . Great customer service Frank .
