  This has been the store I've been coming to for over 10 years. I was in there this past Saturday and the service was terrible. I had a battery tested and the young guy that did it hooked up the negative prong to the positive, and the positive prong to the negative. To make matters worse it felt like he didn't want to be there. He gave super short answers and you had to really probe to get anything meaningful out of him. He looked bothered by having to help. This store's customer service has been in the gutters over the last few years, and I've had enough already. I went to O'Reilly's across the street and it was a night and day difference. I'm just going to start taking my money there.

  It's not usually empty they're usually pretty busy but today they were empty and I still never got greeted I never got service I never got asked what I needed I was standing there in front of the counter and a few people made icon a few employees made out of contact with me but nobody greeted me nobody asked me what I needed nobody had any customer service whatsoever not even the courtesy to tell me that they would get to me later nothing zero it was pretty bad as far as service goes
