After being placed on hold she came on the line and I approved the purchase. She still made the experience unpleasant. This attitude trickled down to her staff and they were uninviting and short with us. Autozone is a brand known for their positive atmosphere and helpful attitude which was sadly not displayed in this location due to poor attitude and management by Becky.
