  I came to autozone and didn't know about my car needing a cabin filter and where it belongs Raul a manager explained to me and took his time to replace both engine and cabin filter on my vehicle with no hesitation he showed me how badly they needed to be replaced and thanks to him I will continue to visit this location as well as my family I apreciate that autozone hires people whom go out of their way to help there customer and I thanked him greatly

  This AutoZone on Pebble Hills El Paso TX (14526 Pebble Hills Blvd, El Paso, TX 79938) is hands down the best one I’ve dealt with, and that’s saying a lot because I’m a mechanic and I’m constantly buying parts. The entire staff here is always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Every time I come in—especially when I’m buying heavy items—they go out of their way to help me carry parts in and out without hesitation. That kind of customer service is rare nowadays. There’s another AutoZone nearby (the big warehouse location), but I refuse to go there. They’re always busy, orders take forever, and while the staff is decent, they don’t go above and beyond like the team at this Pebble Hills store does. Here, I always leave satisfied. Returns and warranties are also stress-free. They never make it a hassle, never give you attitude, and never try to deny legitimate returns. It’s smooth and professional every time. If your car isn’t working, they’ll scan it, help explain what might be going on, and actually take the time to advise you instead of brushing you off. You can tell they care—not just about sales, but about helping customers. What really stands out is that this staff cares about their store and their work. You can feel the difference compared to places where people are just there for a paycheck. These folks take pride in what they do, and it shows. I’m a repeat customer for a reason. This is my go-to AutoZone, and I highly recommend it to anyone who values real customer service.
