They said I could go to AutoZone and they would take care of it for me. I went to AutoZone, and Maggie behind the counter took care of it for me. She was so professional and courteous and the process only took about two minutes. I highly recommend AutoZone. Update: After my great experience with Maggie, I decided to go back and change the batteries in the key fobs for my Mustang. A girl named Genevieve "helped" me. She was very rude and acted like I was a nuisance. She took apart the key fobs and changed the batteries, but when I tested them, one didn't work. She just shrugged and said it was the key fob, but the old battery was just low. The key fob worked, I was just getting new batteries. She just shrugged and rolled her eyes and handed me a screwdriver. For about five minutes I fumbled with trying to take it apart since it wasn't my expertise. That's why I went to AutoZone. I ended up walking out. That young lady has no business dealing with customers.
