I asked him for a specific part of my vehicle and quotes me something 7 times the price I read online, and just pointed to the aisle. I went to the aisle and it was not even the correct part of the car. I just left, and I went to the Orellie’s down the street and was quoted the price I had looked up previously on auto zones website! I don’t tend to leave reviews but I find it bold to treat your customer base like that when your competition is down the street. You won’t go out of business without my money, but you sure won’t see many people returning if you keep that attitude.
