  Most of the employees are great and super helpful! BUT this time going in one of the workers (I think her name is Jasmin or Yasmin) had like two or three kids there while working, running around, screaming, messing with things, it was kind of distracting and unprofessional. As a single mom I get the hardship of finding childcare, but I’m not sure bringing them to work especially when they are being loud and running around. I get kids will be kids but kids shouldn’t be at work especially with things that can harm them if something can break or spill.

  Stood in line and were ignored, while two employees were just gossiping about another co worker. Felt like I just walked into Highschool again.

  I went inside and the employee immediately had an attitude. I asked him for a specific part of my vehicle and quotes me something 7 times the price I read online, and just pointed to the aisle. I went to the aisle and it was not even the correct part of the car. I just left, and I went to the Orellie’s down the street and was quoted the price I had looked up previously on auto zones website! I don’t tend to leave reviews but I find it bold to treat your customer base like that when your competition is down the street. You won’t go out of business without my money, but you sure won’t see many people returning if you keep that attitude.
