  Car was great and service picking it up was great. However, the company does not train their employees very well. We had to change our flight and return our car at 4 AM at the airport but to make sure we could drop it off after hours we called the company and called four different times and got four different people. They gave us four different answers mostly saying we could not do it. Guess what you can. Why do their own employees not know whether we can return a car at the airport after hours or not. They need to retrain every single person so they know how their company even works.

  I always choose Alamo because of the staff, the prices, the quickness, and they ensure that I am satisfied, and if I am not, the willingness to make sure that I am.

  The car we recieved was not cleaned prior to taking control of the vehicle. Operational the car was fine. I would rent from again if needed. Check in and check out were quick.
