- BBBob BrannonDec 30, 20254.0Rented a 2025 Mazda cx30 for a week from El Paso. Way too many security and driving assist features that can't be turned off. That's not on Alamo though. Windshield was dirty and the fob had to be pushed against the start button in order to start the vehicle. That is some kind of functional problem with either the start button or the fob because the battery was good and could unlock doors from a distance. The location did not offer any solutions or credit for that difficulty and in fact attributed it to a manufacturing difficulty with all Mazdas🙄. But when contacting the call center they did provide some restitutional credit for that difficulty. So I thank them for that.

Upon dropping the vehicle off I was charged a different price. I called Alamo and was transferred twice. The second girl sent my concern to management. Management called at 11:55 pm. Did not take the call because we were already in bed. Then I sent USAA an email and their agents response was sorry the price changed. Case closed. Name on the email Gringo Fernandez. Caution be very careful when using USAA perks travel. Thank you,

I called is all.I got was a machine that ran me around in circles, with press.One now press two now, press three now causing a massive array of issues.And I was not allowed on site had to end up flying back to my home state to get a new badge reissued. The fact that I had such a menial problem and there was no way for me to contact or reach anyone is absolutely atrocious. I do not recommend using alamo I am not happy and you better have your ducks in a row.If you deal with them because there is nobody, you can turn to.If you have any issues at all, it's all automated.And the automation has nothing to do with dealing with customers.
