We had gone to 2 other places and for some reason they weren't able to remove my battery to replace it. Went to advanced auto not realizing they were about to close. Jesus Medina was kind enough to replace the battery with no issue. He was very nice, professional and went above and beyond.

Jonathan came out and asked if he could help me. I said yes I think it’s the battery. He went in and came out with a battery checker machine and determined it was the battery. He then checked if my battery was in stock and thanks to God it was. He quickly brought it out and I payed for it. I was just gonna take it and try to install it. He offered to install it for me!!! I was so happy because I don’t really know how to do that. He installed it for me and even connected another machine thingy to protect my car’s electronics while doing the install! I am so happy this man works here!!! I was able to go pick up my little girl and we are now home safe thanks to Jonathan! 😊
