I needed a new battery and had gone to a couple of other places and wasn’t able to be helped in a timely manner at one and ignored at the other. I parked and he was immediately there to assist me. He patiently talked me through the process and gave me my options. Was very patient with all my questions. Took the time to ensure my battery was properly installed and working before I left. 10/10 recommend AutoZone on Kenworthy. Nate is really kind, patient and knowledgeable.
