  Used to go here all the time. Not anymore. Waited forever for someone to help me. Didn't have the filters I needed. Paid for them at Dyer and Manila to pick up at Dyer and Hercules. Waited some more there. Women manager very rude, didn't want to help me put filters in so I returned filters. I guess I pissed her off cause she processed return with no communication just gave me return receipt and started to help next customer. Very Disappointed Autozone.

  Stephanie came across a little rude to not just me but her staff as well. Came in because I had to replace an alternator and when I bought the replacement the sales associate told me that if I brought my old one in they would give me 25$. When I brought in the old one Stephanie gave me attitude when I mentioned the conversation I had with the other employee, which definitely rubbed me the wrong way.

  I had a great experience here the other day. Jonathan and Dean both came out to help me try and get my pickup truck situated. Although I originally thought I just needed a battery they had both offered to help me swap out the battery, they did, and when later problems persisted they still tried to help me out. So much as to find me a gas can to try and get gas for my vehicle. Although they didn’t have to, they went above and beyond that day to help me out. A thank you can not be even close to enough for what they did for me.
