  I love shopping at AutoZone auto parts it is an amazing experience they have everything you need on the shelves if not they got an inventory are you going to do is ask and there is so nice and polite they're willing to help you out if anything and answer all your questions with common courtesy and with self-respect they also have exceptional professionalism and their customer service I highly recommend this to anybody who is looking for a great experience in shopping for their parts at AutoZone it is a great experience as well satisfied and satisfactory to my and to yours,

  Terrible experience. Understaffed store. Inexperienced employees that will lie to your face. Store manager does not care about making sales or respecting customer's time. O'Reilly's is so much better.

  The alternator from my truck went back, I drove from northeast side of town to west side. Young man Andres was very helpful and polite. He rushed to open the door and offered to help me. He warranted the alternator and I was in and out the store.

  While the staff was very nice when helping replace a car battery, he did so loosely and then I ended up stuck in the middle of the road the following day blocking traffic. When I returned to the store to tell them what happened, no remediation (partial or full refund of battery and/or towing fees) was offered. Overall, was disappointed in the service quality.
