  the worse customer service I ever had with is store his name is Saul I even ask him why he was so rude I will never do business with AutoZone will go elsewhere

  Always a horrible experience with management and representatives at this location. HUGE difference from the rest of the auto zone personel that are always glad to help. They even close their doors with keys an hour early just to not help people. Their door schedule shows they still have an hour left. Very disappointed 😞

  Most of the employees are great and super helpful! BUT this time going in one of the workers (I think her name is Jasmin or Yasmin) had like two or three kids there while working, running around, screaming, messing with things, it was kind of distracting and unprofessional. As a single mom I get the hardship of finding childcare, but I’m not sure bringing them to work especially when they are being loud and running around. I get kids will be kids but kids shouldn’t be at work especially with things that can harm them if something can break or spill.

  Stood in line and were ignored, while two employees were just gossiping about another co worker. Felt like I just walked into Highschool again.
