  I am always pleased with Alamo and it’s not location specific. They win me over consistently with customer service and car selection/ availability. This review is for El Paso airport location, my recent flight to there was delayed and got to reception at around 11:50pm local time, I was able to follow signage and locate customer service on 2nd floor to get the rental. I explained to them I still need to go back down and retrieve my check-in luggage. They were warm and accommodating which was much appreciated after a long travel day due to flight delays. Return was easy and pleasant as well! Shout out for the excellent service!

  Very disappointing experience. Pickup service was great, but the drop-off process was extremely poor. I returned the car with minimal fuel used (about two bars), yet was charged an inflated refueling fee ($6.83/gallon) at 5 gallons instead of 2. When I brought this up, the manager claimed to adjust the charge and provided a revised receipt. Although the rate was lowered ($3.79/gallon), they still charged for more fuel than I actually used. To make matters worse, my card was charged the original higher amount, and the issue was never properly resolved. There was a clear lack of transparency, and the mismatch between what was explained and what was charged is unacceptable. The staff member who handed me the receipts was also dismissive when I asked for clarification. Be sure to carefully review fuel charges on your final bill. I will no longer do business with Alamo.

  They change cars on you later minute and they don’t keep promise. They fail to explain rental agreements clearly. They claim car was with no damages I took a video of car before I signed the rental form because it had damages already before I used it.
