  I had a really great experience at this Valvoline location, the team here is very knowledgeable about what they are doing and I would recommend anyone to come here for an oil change or to change their CVT fluid.

  I prefer Valvoline oil to all the other Until very recently there was not a quick oil change place in our area that used this oil. They were very professional, courteous and reasonable. I will have my vehicle serviced with this Valvoline Quick Change from now on.

  I had a very stressful experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change on University and feel it’s important to share. I went in for a simple tire rotation, and during the service, I was told that one of my wheel bolts was loose and needed repair, which they could not do. After they finished, I left—but shortly after, the bolt fell into the tire plate area, causing my tire to get stuck and not rotate at all. I returned immediately, hoping they could fix the issue, but they said they didn’t have the proper tools and directed me to Firestone. I assumed they would take responsibility for the situation, especially since the issue worsened right after my visit, but they insisted it was not their fault and that the bolt was already loose beforehand. As a result, I had to pay out of pocket for a tow and repairs at Firestone, which was extremely frustrating and financially stressful. I’ve since filed a claim with customer service, but overall, I feel let down by the lack of accountability and support in resolving the situation. I understand that not every issue can be controlled, but better customer care and ownership in situations like this would make a big difference

  Wow this is the best oil change place I’ve ever been. The staff was all hands on deck. The manager named Q is awesome and runs a great store
