The finance department does a great job of not telling you all the details for any of the services they offer such as AutoPay Plus. This service manages biweekly payments to your lender, but what Luis Gerardo Gonzalez wonβt tell you is that they charge you $3 per transaction and hundreds of dollars in enrollment fees. Get everything in writing when you do any business with their finance department.
The team at Nissan is outstanding and I feel I got a great deal! Jay gave it 110% and worked with me to arrive at an excellent, fair price on my Frontier, and I felt like I was dealing with a family friend. Mike in finance did awesome explaining the financial side and we had a great conversation, like chatting it up with a brother. I'd been going to Toyota since 2011, but I'm glad I gave Fiesta a chance - they did not disappoint, and I'll definitely go back.

Fred Garza went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and not pushy. He patiently explained the different options and was very knowledgeable. I was there too long .I was the first in line for an oil change n I asked to have my car washed It should have taken two hours .. From 12:00 noon til 3:00pm I checked with the guy in charge and I asked how much longer he told me it was going to be a few more minutes He left for lunch n didn't let anyone know to tell me when my car was done. When I went the third time to check the person in charge..8 didn't get his name He said to me " ofelia Let me see I think your car is ready but I just got back from lunch" So I asked him How long has my car been ready he responded " I think it was ready 15 minutes or so..Let me get it for you..I got my car at 3:00 I didn't think it was going to take so long since it wasn't that busy and I was the first one in line ..I can understand when there's a lot of cars like there were on Monday..There were at least 16 cars in line It takes too long for oil changes Thank you for listening to me n there are others that complain about the same thing
