They refuse to turn the sign off, the response was we don’t want to lose any business. Turn off the unleaded gas sign, leave the diesel sign on! Their response was no! False advertisement!

I told them that they didn’t fit and asked for a refund, but they outright refused. I even offered to exchange them for something else, like straps, but they said no returns at all. I’ve returned items from other Pilot stores before, but the staff here is really rude. I just want to return the load bars since I have no use for them and get a refund.
