I told them that they didn’t fit and asked for a refund, but they outright refused. I even offered to exchange them for something else, like straps, but they said no returns at all. I’ve returned items from other Pilot stores before, but the staff here is really rude. I just want to return the load bars since I have no use for them and get a refund.

There is no respect for the drivers having to park in these places full of deep holes with water and mud, if you book a shower they are long hours of waiting and they put people in front of you who were not there when you asked for your shower
