- BMBeth MOct 1, 20251.0New to the RGV. Took our Crosstrek to Bert Ogden Subaru assuming to get good dealership routine maintenance (oil/filter change, top off fluids, check brakes & tires, etc.). Specifically requested that the cabin filter be checked due to an air-circulating odor from possible mice/rat nesting. Four hours later the car was "done." We were told that filters were clean; no need to replace. We would need to take to a detailing shop to pursue odor issue. Went to a detailer where we observed the detailer removing a FILTHY air filter and FILTHY/STINKY cabin filter, and finding empty coolant and washer fluid reservoirs. Oh, we got a request from the service department asking for a "10" rating in the follow-up survey. No way!
