During the visit, the dealership also performed the engine recall, but there was no sticker placed on the oil cap or any insert added to the manual indicating the oil-weight change that is required after the recall. I was charged for a new battery, and when I got home, the vehicle immediately showed a low-oil warning on the dash. After checking, the oil level itself was fine, but I discovered the oil sensor had been left disconnected during the service. I called the dealership right away, and since the vehicle had already been towed back to them, I expected a quick response. Instead, I was placed on indefinite hold with no update or communication. This experience has been extremely frustrating and reflects very poor attention to detail and customer service.
