Having owned multiple luxury vehicles, their service is by far the worst. The only thing they're proactive about is hounding us for an "upgrade."

My original salesperson, Cesar, stopped answering my calls and texts after some issues came up. Later, Ellias reached out and assured me that everything had been taken care of. Even though I was hesitant to return, he promised that all I needed to do was come in, sign the papers, and drive home my dream car. When I arrived, I was handed off to a new salesperson who told me there was no deal and tried to sell me a completely different vehicle I didn’t want. I asked to speak with a manager to file a complaint about being misled, and to my disappointment, I witnessed both the manager and the salesperson laughing at me as I tried to express my concerns. This was an incredibly unprofessional and humiliating experience. As a disabled veteran, I already face challenges just getting around, and to be treated this way was deeply discouraging. I expected honesty, respect, and transparency from a Cadillac dealership—but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I truly hope this is not the only option in the Valley for purchasing a Cadillac, because no customer deserves to be treated this way.
