  Would not recommend dealership. Horrible experience in service department for maintenance. Service advisor Max was rude, gave sarcastic remark as to why vehicle issue could be happening. Then denied it. Suggested I was not doing the appropriate maintenance on my vehicle but when I have taken it in he has never suggested what the required maintenance is either. Disappointed in customer service, would not recommend. Manager jesamie is zero helpfully as well. No communication. Would never recommend this location again

  An awesome transaction center lots of movement. The sales personnel are high speed and courteous. I was greeted by Mr Felix Gonzalez and walked me through to the final purchase of my new GMC Sierra 2026. A great communicator and knowledgeable person. Thanks Mr Ruiz

  Do not recommend! Horrible customer service. Very attentive while selling you a vehicle but ghost you as soon as you leave the lot, especially if you have issues. Bought a 2024 GMC Terrain in August 2024. Less than one month later it left me stranded with my engine light coming on and a notification of "Engine Overheating-Idle Engine." Dealership had it picked up and fixed the issue. I had to argue to get a loaner while the vehicle was getting fixed. Then yesterday, a little over a year of having this vehicle, once again I was left stranded at the bank. Again, the engine icon came on with a notification of "Engine Power is Reduced." Using Onstar, I was able to notify GMC. Tow truck was there in less than 30 minutes. My vehicle was dropped off here at about 2:30 pm yesterday. I called yesterday afternoon for status, and they could not find my vehicle at all. After some wait, they were able to tell me that my vehicle was there but not "entered in the system." I called this morning for status and was advised that now a different person is in charge of my vehicle, but he could not take my call because he was "busy with customer," and that nobody had worked on my vehicle yet. Also, the lady in the front desk area needs customer service training. Does not greet customers, no good morning, nothing, and speaks very rushed when answering calls. Lesson learned. Will never purchase from here again and will advise others against purchasing a vehicle here and any other GMC dealership in the area.

  I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Bert Ogden GMC in Edinburg. I worked with Jonathan Guzman who was knowledgeable about different vehicles and patient with all my questions. He made the entire process smooth, transparent and stress-free, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I never felt pressured into buying anything, and he was very upfront about all the pricing. I'm so happy with my new 2026 GMC Terrain and the entire experience. I will definitely recommend asking for Jonathan Guzman and coming to this dealership.
