And than they try to up the price on me. They waist my time and 2 days before Christmas they just did not answer or return the calls anymore. And that because I was talking to there store manger Edward. He is as big old lier as anybody else in there he would not return calls or calls very disappointed he supposed to take care of me and just another’s big fat lie Mr Edward have some respect and do promise what you can not do. If I can give 0 star I will. Don’t waist time buy some where else.

My truck is less than 2 years old, and I’ve already had to bring it into their service department five different times for the SAME transmission issue. Here are the exact dates of my visits: • October 10, 2025 • September 24, 2025 • October 20, 2025 • November 21, 2025 • December 10, 2025 Every single time, they tell me the truck is “fixed,” and every single time the transmission problem comes back within 2–3 weeks. A truck this new should NOT be going back to the dealership over and over for the same issue. It feels like they are just clearing codes or doing the bare minimum instead of actually diagnosing and repairing the root of the problem. There’s no accountability, no real solution, and no long-term fix from this service department. I’m tired of wasting time, missing work, and driving back and forth for a problem that should have been resolved the first time. I’ve completely lost trust in South Texas Buick GMC. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere that stands behind their work.
