I told her I desperately needed a new battery for my truck, and she immediately helped me find and match the exact one I needed. I also asked if they could help install it since I didn’t have tools, and she said no problem at all. After I purchased it, Brenda and her coworker Roxy came outside and had the new battery installed within just a few minutes. Their customer service was amazing — friendly, fast, and professional. Huge thanks to both of them. I highly recommend this AutoZone location!
- AOAndres OlivarezNov 4, 20251.0Went in today to exchange a duralast ratchet under warranty and the employee asked who told me I could exchange it ..I told him check the part number he walked over to case of ratchets and told me it was for a different ratchet I called the store in Pharr gave them the part number and they told me it was under warranty exchange called the store to inform the employee who I had talked to and he said different auto zones have different guidelines.

She helped with a smile and tested and replaced my battery (in warranty!). Even saved me money on some fuel injector cleaner. Thanks Autozone!
