  La verdad muy mal atendido, y aparte que me robaron como 45 dólares, 😡 necesitan gente con conocimiento en el área automotriz, o mejor vayanse atender una pizzería..,??

  I came to this San Carlos location to return a part totaling over $413. (The store I bought the part from) The employee in the gray shirt told me they couldn’t process the return because they “didn’t have the money” and to come back later. I did exactly that, only to be told the system was now down. I ended up going to the East University store, where the employees there handled the return quickly and professionally—no issues at all. I’ve been to this San Carlos store before and previously had good experiences, which is why this was so disappointing. The attitude tonight (12/30/25), especially from whoever the manager was on duty, was rude and unhelpful. A big contrast from how customers should be treated.
