I called the sales person and he said he couldn’t do anything about it. There was a recall on it so I took it to Bert Ogden GMC, they did the recall the last st service was super nice and helpful and told me they had done a small adjustment to the brakes and they did work for about two weeks then the noise was back. Called service and they told me to call the sales manager at Mazda which still no return call. Later I call service again and was told that was wear and tear and I would have to pay for replacements. Over $1,000. I have purchased vehicle at Toyota, Spikes, Hacienda and Boggus Ford. I took it to a mechanic changed brake pads he charged me $40 and told me that the pads were thick but not good the dealer should’ve never sold me the vehicle like that. You live and learn, to never go back to any Bert Ogden again.
