  We had purchased a new 2026 Traverse Z71 and picked it up Saturday 4/4/26 close to closing time. The salesman was great he did his job. The vehicle had a small noise but they said it was normal, so we took it home not even 20 miles later the noise got louder to where you can hear it over 10 feet away. So I took it first thing in the morning on Monday since they are closed on Sundays to tell them about it and they told me to take it to service. The whole part of buying a brand new vehicle is to avoid going to the service department. Then I went to service department they looked at it and heard the noise, so he emailed the manufacturer. The manufacturer said thay they are aware some models make the niose but there is no remedy and are investigating the issue but the vehilce is fine to drive. So I asked the sales man if I can trade if for one that doesn't sound like something is wrong with car and he went to talk with the managers. While we were waiting for a response I asked the salesman if we can check another vehicle they had there to see if it made the same noise. So he test drove one it made a similar noise but it was barely noticeable nothing compared to mine. The managers finally got with me but said that since the bank paperwork was accepted and submitted I cant just swap the car with another one, the only thing they can do is apprise as used and refinance again, but that it wouldn't a smart financial decision. So now im stuck with a vehicle that sounds horrible like if something is going to break but yet still fine to drive according to the manufacturer. We were between the Traverse or a VW Atlas but we liked the Traverse, after this experience we should of gone with the Atlas.

  I had a great experience at Fiesta Chevrolet! The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Big shoutout to the salesman Robert Romero super friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He really took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. If you’re looking for a dealership that treats you right, I definitely recommend Fiesta Chevrolet!
