  Great day for traded my2024 buick for a new model. I was just going to look but the trade in for my car was fair and the low pressure from our sales rep was refreshing. Would recommend 👌 to anyone looking for a car.

  So I chose a Truck that I was going to lease with a trade in. I specifically told the salesman I wanted to stick with the 24 month lease option. So he came back after speaking with a sales manager and gave me a price that I agree to. After being at the dealership for about 3 1/2 hours, I go into finance to sign the paperwork where I then noticed it was a 36 month lease instead of the 24 month that I specifically stated that I wanted. So… I walked out The would be my first GMC to ever own. Maybe it’s a sign

  When we first arrived we were greeted right away. We went in just intending to shop around but the employee that helped us was able to find a suitable vehicle for our needs.   As a customer with less than perfect credit.. sometimes it is difficult to for your sales and finance people to work a perfect deal. But as a customer with a few challenges (having too many open credits) it becomes harder for your deal and payment to be where we as customers would like it to be. None the less I recently went in to GMC in Edinburg and had a very nice experience. Cory my sales gentlemen was attentive and nice. He listen to my concerns or request and went to do the best for me. After that financing came along and Karla Cavazos was amazing. She explained all I. Detail and was very good about explaining my contract. To this I may say we did have a couple bumps On the road but as customers we need to also understand the difficulties they go to make all deals happen with ease. I got a 26 gmc sierra pro model but rather than coming here and painting a picture perfect review I think honesty goes further. I appreciate the time and How many top managers got involved in my deal to help me out because they care about the customer. A side we as customers don’t get to see often. But I think that the best recommendation of a business is a honest review. My experience was a bumpy road because of my personal Challenges not the dealership but that made me feel more respect for this dealership and the staff. If you need a great team highly recommend them.

  I purchased a truck from Burton Ogden less than three weeks ago, and I am already experiencing problems with the Exhaust Emissions System. On the third day after buying the truck, I returned to the dealership to have a spare key programmed. While I was there, one of the employees mentioned that the truck had shown some codes when they programmed the key. At the time, my dashboard was not displaying any warnings, so I had no idea what she was referring to. Two days later, while driving cross-country, I noticed my remote start would not work. I checked the diagnostics through the MyChevy app, and it showed that the Exhaust Emissions System needs maintenance. This makes me question whether the dealership was already aware of the issue before selling me the truck. I have owned the vehicle for less than three weeks, and a problem like this should not be happening so soon after purchase. When you buy a vehicle from a dealership, you expect honesty and that the vehicle has been properly checked before being sold. I hope Burton Ogden will take responsibility for this issue and make it right.
