- CUcassandra upchurch6 days ago5.0Not only did they go above and beyond to do their job. They did it with OUTSTANDING customer service!!! You have ANY issue with tires, brakes, alignment, etc. give @MAVIS TIRE AND BRAKES a chance!!! Seriously the BEST all around!!! I've been being toyed around with by discount tire for a year being dismissed. I got the same set of rocky mountains put on 3 of my vehicles(12tires) and alignments(another business) for all of them as well. Not one of them drove correctly after. After the 5th trip of the same broken record of lies. I decided I wasn't making the same mistake in trusting them and went to get a second opinion. Since they put these tires on I truly felt like my tires were going to fly off and it has steadily gotten worse! The reason it took so long is because I believed discount tire knew what they were talking about. Atleast more than I since it's their profession. I seriously thought it was all in my head like they kept making it seem. I was wrong!!! This 5th time they finally decided to appease me and took my car in the bay(all the other times they told me there was no reason because my tires were fine). They swore my tires were balanced and taken care of. They in fact were not! I honestly believe they didn't even check! I went to MAVIS TIRE AND BRAKE and they informed me my tires were indeed not anywhere close to balanced and amazingly got my vehicle safe for me and my family!! Mr. Zack kept me informed every step of the way and took time to explain things to me and had the pateince of a saint. I have a 1 yr old who was done with me being responsible and Miss Dusti stepped up the moment my little got fussy! She was a super hero! If you're a mom on the go with littles! Man! They got your back! There's a kids corner with toys to help mothers set their babies down and BREATHE! Rob the mechanic if you see this! THANK YOU! Thank you for going through my car with a fine tooth comb and making sure my car was safe! If you didn't take the time you did. Who knows what could've happened with the rag you found that some (not so nice word) wedged under my exahust. I believe there was someone else there that I mistakenly missed his name but not one of them treated me like I was dramatic or lesser than. Not once did the dismiss my concerns and they took time to check out every single thing I've had worry over. For the first time in a year since I bought these crappy rocky mountain tires that were never put on correctly I finally feel safe and heard!!! My car no longer feels like a death trap! Thank you to every single amazing employee at Mavis tire and brakes today that took a part in protecting my family on the road!!! Rockstars!!! Every single one of you!!!!!!

I took it to Mavis, they got me right in, found a screw in my tire, fixed it and sent me on my way - no charge. I knew I found the right place in my new home city. When I needed an oil change, I called Mavis. They got me in that day, took care of me and charged a reasonable rate. Would recommend Mavis to anyone looking for a new service shop. Thanks Mavis!
