    The staff on site is pleasant. Heaven forbid you have to speak to billing dept or online support. I cancelled my membership. Only took 4 months to do so. I reached out before Christmas its now April. Thats how long it took for a response. Now bf says they are increasing prices. Glad I did. The towels smell of mildew. Soap was always still on my car. Vacuums always seems to not be working properly. Now they are increasing prices but wasnt worth it at the price now. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere if possible.
