- RRRafael RB3 days ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience with this rental car company. I booked a car several days in advance, received confirmation, and arrived at the shop expecting everything to be ready. However, when I checked in, I was told that there were no cars available at all. What made it worse is that they were unable to provide any car during the entire day, despite my reservation. I had to travel to the airport that same day and was left with no alternative or solution, which caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. If a company accepts reservations, it should be able to honor them. Unfortunately, this experience showed a complete lack of reliability and planning. I would not recommend booking here if you depend on your reservation.

We had a flight to get to and thankfully were able to get a car at the del Río location. To top it off, employee was rude and dismissive.

Her leadership has definitely cascaded down the importance of real customer service that does not exist in many facets of life. I am a customer for life.
