  The young person that checks people in and out lacks any sense of courtesy. She needs to be trained on basic customer service skills if they expect to succeed in your eagle pass location. I have to use enterprise because of my company has corporate account. I travel across the country and the world by far this was worst experience. Otherwise i like other people there. That is just my opinion but I stand by it.

  Not a reliable company. I rented a car in Eagle Pass, Texas and when I showed up, they told me they didn’t have any cars available. This is the third time this happens in the same place. What is the whole point of making a reservation of you don’t have enough cars? Then close the business.

  I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the Enterprise location in Eagle Pass, specifically regarding the unprofessional conduct of the manager, Valerie. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I was met with blatant rudeness and condescension. Although there were vehicles physically available on the lot, Valerie refused to honor my confirmation and forced me to wait for an incoming unit. To make matters worse, once a vehicle arrived, she arbitrarily assigned it to another customer instead of honoring my prior booking. The lack of accountability and blatant disregard for customer service at this branch is unacceptable; it is clear that this location requires immediate corporate intervention and a complete overhaul of its management.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this rental car company. I booked a car several days in advance, received confirmation, and arrived at the shop expecting everything to be ready. However, when I checked in, I was told that there were no cars available at all. What made it worse is that they were unable to provide any car during the entire day, despite my reservation. I had to travel to the airport that same day and was left with no alternative or solution, which caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. If a company accepts reservations, it should be able to honor them. Unfortunately, this experience showed a complete lack of reliability and planning. I would not recommend booking here if you depend on your reservation.

  Just go to Del Río..had a car reserved at 8 AM and when we arrived we were told there were no cars and could also not guarantee we would get one that day. We had a flight to get to and thankfully were able to get a car at the del Río location. To top it off, employee was rude and dismissive.
